Each project follows the same path, but is a unique journey.
Every project I work on, I follow this formula:
Setting Expectations: I speak with every client on a video or phone call to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Research: I conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on design best practices.
First Draft: Client needs + research findings + my eye for design = First Draft
Feedback & Reflection: I listen to constructive feedback and empathize with the client.
Second Draft: First draft + client changes + design best practices = Second Draft
Feedback & Reflection: I ensure I properly implemented the changes my client wanted.
Final Product: We’re done!
In all aspects of my life, but especially with work, I emphasize open communication. As a designer, I have to create, curate, and articulate what my client needs.
From web design projects and sales decks to branding packages, I’ve honed my craft and eye for design by taking on projects in a variety of industries.
A manager once described me as “superstar” (Thanks, David!) but I describe my work style as effective, efficient, and exceptional. I design what you need, I design methodically, and I design to impress.
Am I a good fit for you?
As much as I would love to work with every client, sometimes it isn’t a good match.
I refrain from work with organizations that have strong political affiliations. This choice allows me to maintain peace of mind and make a positive impact on my community without the complexities and contentions of political discourse.
Thank you for your understanding.
